My practice revolves around museums, collections, and objects. Through the perspective of an amateur researcher, I explore the histories, functions, and modes of narration behind displayed artifacts. I am interested in how objects are viewed, classified, and assigned new meanings across different contexts, while also considering how imagination and memory shape the ways we perceive and understand them.
Working with everyday materials such as paper clay, polystyrene foam, sponge, and ceramic clay, I combine sculpture, installation, and collage to reconstruct imagined museum spaces drawn from memory. Through these environments, I reflect on the relationships between objects, memory, and exhibition.
